We have to admit—we’re feeling over this wintry weather. Sure, the snowy landscapes and crisp air are part of Maine’s charm, but it’s about time for a little tropical escape. So… we made one!

From April 1st to 5th, join us for an island-inspired April Fool’s / Start of Spring Tiki Pop-Up during our nightly dinner service!

Under our sunny alter ego, Flamingo & Mint, we’re bringing you vibrant island flavors, beach-worthy cocktails, and decor that will transport you straight to paradise. We may love Maine’s four seasons, but who says we can’t take a well-earned (pretend) getaway?
